We do not accept international returns, nor do we offer warranties on our hats. As a company based in Ecuador, we believe that shipping and return costs would be quite high.
Shipping is included in the cost of the hat. For the price of one shipment, you can receive up to three hats. If you are not located in the USA, Canada, the European Union, Uk or Switzerland the shipping cost will be USD 60.
Depending on stock availability, we ship the hat within four days.

All our hats are shipped with a certificate of origin. This means that in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and EFTA countries (including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein), no import duties apply. Please note that any taxes or customs charges required by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Retail orders usually ship within 48 hours after payment confirmation if the product is in stock; otherwise, processing may take approximately one to two weeks.
Wholesale orders require 4–8 weeks of production, plus finishing and shipping time.
All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL.
Exchanges are not generally accepted. Size exchanges for the same style may be considered if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Additional shipping costs apply. All our hats include an internal adjustable band for a better fit.

No. Panama hats should never be washed with water, as this can damage the natural fibers and cause the hat to lose its shape.

Some Panama Hats can be gently folded or rolled for travel. However, to preserve its original shape, we recommend storing it flat whenever possible.
Yes. Toquilla straw is lightweight yet strong, making it ideal for everyday wear when properly cared for.
We do not recommend wearing your Panama Hat in rainy conditions, as excess moisture may affect its shape and fibers.
Use a soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth with mild soap for small stains. Never fully wash or soak your hat.
Yes. Extremely dry environments may affect the flexibility of the straw. Lightly misting the hat every few months can help maintain its natural suppleness.
With regular wear, the hat may adapt slightly to your head shape, but it should not significantly stretch.
