We do not accept international returns, nor do we offer warranties on our hats. As a company based in Ecuador, we believe that shipping and return costs would be quite high.
Shipping is included in the cost of the hat. For the price of one shipment, you can receive up to four hats. If you are not located in the USA, Canada, the European Union, or the Caribbean, the shipping cost will be USD 20.
If you purchase two hats, shipping is free worldwide.
Depending on stock availability, we ship the hat within two days.

Retail orders usually ship within 48 hours after payment confirmation if the product is in stock; otherwise, processing may take approximately one to two weeks.
Wholesale orders require 4–8 weeks of production, plus finishing and shipping time.

Exchanges are not generally accepted. Size exchanges for the same style may be considered if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Additional shipping costs apply. All our hats include an internal adjustable band for a better fit.
