Refunds are only applicable if the product you ordered is no longer in stock.
Exchange Conditions
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned unused, undamaged, and with its original tags.
- The product must be properly protected during return shipping; otherwise, the customer may not qualify for an exchange.
- Ecua-Andino will cover return shipping costs only if the product is damaged or incorrect (wrong size or product).
- The estimated return time is 3 to 4 weeks.

- Customs retention and inspections.
